Villa Aria is in the middle of the beautiful landscape of the rural part of Istria and surrounded by untouched nature in the place name Maružini near Kanfanar, only 20 km from Rovinj.  This beautiful stone villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has a capacity to accommodate 6 + 2 persons. On the ground floor of the villa is a spacious ‘open space concept’ which contains a living room and a kitchen with a dining room. Ground floor also contains utility, toilet and bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs are the other two rooms, each with is en-suite bathroom for the complete privacy of each guest. The rooms are complemented by a large balcony for complete enjoyment.

We will spoil you with pleasure and hedonism in the large 40 m2 pool with jacuzzi. The pool also has a section, as we like to call it a “small beach”. You can relax and lie down while massaging. It is especially suitable for children because shallow water of only 20 cm allows children to play freely. With deck chairs and umbrellas enjoyments is completed.
